Nobody here takes a profit from this
Our constitution is explicit. The income and property of the foundation go solely to its stated objectives. No dividend, bonus or profit may be paid to any member, and no member of the governing body may hold a salaried office or be paid fees. Our constitution requires our accounts to be audited each year by independent, licensed auditors and the audited statements to be filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
